Delete account and data
You can request that your WallCard account and associated personal data be removed. Today we deactivate your account immediately after verification. Full erasure of retained records is processed according to our privacy policy and legal obligations.
In the WallCard app (recommended)
- Open WallCard and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Read the warning, tap send verification code, then enter the 6-digit email code.
- Tap Deactivate and delete my data to finish.
Mobile app users can also use WallCard on the web with the same account.
Email request
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your WallCard account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject line and we will verify ownership before processing your request.

What happens when you delete
- Your WallCard account is deactivated and you cannot sign in again with that email.
- Active sessions and push approval devices are revoked.
- On-chain assets remain in wallets you control. WallCard cannot move funds without your keys.
- Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance for a limited period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
